About us

We turn challenges into impact,
because healthcare can’t wait.

What began with the drive to bring diagnostics to underserved communities has grown into a global mission: ensuring access to life-saving healthcare for everyone, everywhere.

As a social enterprise, we are driven by purpose, not profit. From pioneering the first backpack X-ray to launching AI-driven solutions like CAD4TB, BabyChecker, and LUS4TB, we continue to redefine what is possible.

By combining:
  • Innovation
  • Empathy
  • Field experience

we build solutions that improve lives – no matter the location or resources.

Delft Imaging Coding Club

2025 marked the culmination of the Delft Imaging Coding Club. The 37-week curriculum was designed for all learning levels, helping students gain important tech skills to drive innovation and sustainable growth. After a successful launch at Covenant Presbyterian School in Accra, Ghana, in late 2023, over 300 children aged 7-14 learned coding.

Cycling in Rwanda for children’s education

In the latter half of the year, we supported our colleagues as they cycled across Rwanda to raise awareness for Compassion’s child sponsorship programs. Compassion operates 450 projects across the nation to ensure children receive quality education, school uniforms, nutritious meals, and vocational training that will help them and their families stand on their own feet.

Restoring X-ray services in Mozambique after Cyclone Chido

After Tropical Cyclone Chido struck northern Mozambique in December 2024, the Mossuril Health Center’s Delft Light and CAD4TB system were left inoperable.
Working with the Ministry of Health, DNAM and the PNCT, a new Delft Light was supplied free of cost and installed by our local service partner allowing critical healthcare services to resume quickly for communities in and around Mossuril.

Delft Webinar for knowledge sharing

Through Delft Community and quarterly webinars, healthcare professionals connect to exchange knowledge on TB screening and maternal health. In 2025, five webinars covered digital X-rays, CAD4TB, and BabyChecker in remote and resource-constrained settings worldwide.
